Eric and Sol started the studio-factory to add to the high quality US domestic production to companies who have been reliant upon foreign resources while developing their vision to create brands that recognize new opportunities within the boundaries of traditional manufacturing.

Olive Branch is located in a 45,000sf conditioned facility in Asheboro, NC. It houses the company’s entire operations team, production staff, design development space, warehousing, raw materials storage, conference spaces, accounting and logistics.

Our Founders

Eric Acosta is a proud father and husband, active in his community and a man of faith and conviction. He is a second generation craftsman who began his manufacturing and production career in North Carolina over 15 years ago. Eric is co-owner and production manager for Olive Branch.

Eric developed his skillset in the apparel and upholstery side of the manufacturing industry while overseeing production for several luxury brands and established furniture manufacturers. He began his entrepreneurial path executing commercial furnishing projects and expanded his experience through contracted hospitality work and private commissions.

Eric has extensive knowledge of local suppliers, producers and industry figures and constantly finds ways to connect to more. His passion for his craft is magnetic and his appetite to improve and implement his talent is exemplary in an industry often set in traditional approaches.

Sol Kagan is a devoted husband and father, an active member in his community and a native to North Carolina. He has a unique background primarily in architecture and design, as well as business development and operations.

Sol is an entrepreneur with a unique skillset he brings to bear in the production space. His diverse professional experience includes business ownership and operation of a retail furniture business, participation on product development teams, project management roles, and numerous design and fabrication projects.

Sol has a creative energy and a comprehensive perspective of the furnishings industry. He brings a sense of adaptability while being inspired to create a new mark through their young production company. Sol is co-owner and operations manager for Olive Branch.
